Ken's Bio

Ken Doroodian is a highly skilled and dedicated real estate professional based in the Bay Area, California, where he has been living for over 30 years. With a rich educational background that includes studies at Diablo Valley College, San Francisco State University, and JFK Law School, Ken brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients. He is certified in many areas.  From Certified Residential Construction to New Home Specialization to advising on Foreclosure/Distressed Properties and to much more.

Ken's passion for real estate led him to transition from years of successful career in finance and working with the hottest Bank at that time, Washington Mutual Bank, to focus solely on real estate in 2008. Today, he is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and Contra Costa Association of Realtors. Ken's deep understanding of the finance market, combined with his expertise in real estate, makes him a trusted advisor for his clients.

Ken wins a top producer award every year, recognized by companies such as Prudential of California, Better Homes & Gardens, Remax, and Coldwell Banker Realty. His consistent performance and dedication to his clients have earned him a reputation as a leading real estate professional in the industry.

Beyond his professional achievements, Ken has a strong background in cultural and community engagement. He helped and organized cultural events during his college club years and continued this involvement by organizing numerous sports, cultural, and international events later on. He directed and hosted live talk shows on satellite international TV for several years until 2012 and played a major role in the establishment of a brand new "Central satellite TV" station in Contra Costa County, CA. From an early age, Ken demonstrated a natural inclination towards marketing. At the age of 8, he organized and sold-out movie tickets to neighborhood kids to watch in his garage.  This occurred regularly with different show times. At 16, he organized and advertised successful soccer tournaments, where neighborhood teams paid an entry fee and competed for prizes.

When not working, Ken loves to spend time with his friends & big family, horseback riding, skiing, spending time with nature. He is dedicated to personal development, regular exercise of the body & maintaining a positive outlook on life.
